Freemasons provide boost to Wiltshire Air Ambulance

Date: 04-Jul-2010

The money came from their national charity, the Freemasons' Grand Charity, and is part of over £500,000 donated by the charity to Air Ambulances over three years.

Francis Wakem, the provincial grand master for the Freemasons in Wiltshire and in Swindon, said: "An Air Ambulance plays an important role in ensuring people get the medical help they need as quickly as possible. "For those in life threatening situations this can dramatically improve their chance of survival.'
