Air Ambulance helps rescue man on Mundesley beach

The accident involving a 32-year-old man happened on the beach at Mundesley on Sunday.

An off-duty paramedic from the East of England Ambulance Service and the East Anglian Air Ambulance were called on to help.

A spokeswoman for the Ambulance service said the man had told the ambulance crew the accident had happened after the kite hit his leg.

The man was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital by the Air Ambulance.
