After medical advice and in collaboration with the patient’s treating doctors it was decided that the transfer (from London to Brazil) needed to be done by air ambulance with expert medical attention.

IAS Medical were appointed two weeks prior to the repatriation date. They arranged a Lear Jet 35 with a Doctor and two intensive care trained nurses.

At all times IAS were attentive, thoughtful and professional in approach.

Just a note to thank you and your colleagues for the professional manner in which you arranged and carried out the repatriation from Malaga on the 28th March of my wife.

The situation was extremely stressful to myself but your patience and continual understanding was very comforting.
 
The whole exercise went like clockwork. The medical staff were very kind and reassuring. They explained everything to Stella and made her comfortable even before she left the hospital.
 
She is now back home and on her way to making what we hope is a full recovery.
