Where we fly from

Providing air ambulance services across Europe, Middle East, North America, South America, Africa and Asia, we offer medical transportation to locations across the world. For more information about where we fly from and to, please visit the location pages above.

Alternatively, if you need an air ambulance service in a location not listed above, please contact the IAS Medical team. Available 24 hours a day, we can discuss your requirements in more detail.

Prioritising your comfort and care

When you arrange medical transportation with IAS Medical, we’ll fully consider your medical requirements before you fly. This allows us to make any necessary alterations to how we fly. For example, your injury may require you to be stretchered, while problems with your breathing or lungs may mean we have to fly at a lower altitude for your safety.

Some patients like to have a loved one or friend travel with them on our aircrafts. This is totally understandable and we’ll always do all we can to allow for one passenger to travel with you. However, because of the medical equipment required on board our aircrafts, space is limited. The IAS Medical team will be able to advise whether passenger travel will be possible when you enquire.

Please note that passenger travel is dependent on acceptance from our medical team. All passengers are asked to complete our companion health questionnaire, so we can establish whether they’re fit to fly.
